Via the Central Diploma Register (CDR) at http://besacc.epyc.eu/diploma/, you can look up, based on surname and date of birth, who holds a valid VCA diploma.
You not only see whether someone has a B-VCA Basic or VCA-VOL diploma, you also find the risk tasks: forklift IS-001, reach truck IS-002 and all the others.
Only successful candidates are included in the CDR.
