LEGISLATION
“The competence of persons characterised by the code BA4 or BA5 is assigned to the employees by the employer and laid down in a document that clearly specifies for which work and for which electrical installations the competence applies.” (Royal Decree 25-04-2004, art. 3.2).
“The employer ensures the necessary training of the employees and provides the necessary instructions to avoid the risks inherent in the use, operation of and work on the electrical installation, taking into account the tasks with which these employees are entrusted.” (Royal Decree 4/12/2012, art. 18).
