LEGISLATION
- Self-propelled mobile work equipment may only be operated by workers who have received adequate training for the safe operation of this work equipment (Code, book IV, title 3)
- Any workstation where work equipment is used, or where motor vehicles, cranes, overhead cranes or lifting devices of any kind are operated, is considered a safety function (Code, book I, title 4)
