WHAT DO YOU GET IN THIS WORKING AT HEIGHT AUTHORIZED PERSON FIXED SCAFFOLD TRAINING?
This training is aimed at employees who release the fixed scaffold as an authorized personvrijgeven.
You translate the possible hazards of the scaffold into a correct risk analysis.
Where necessary, we learn to calculate the permissible load ourselves and to draw an assembly plan.
The training covers all requirements of the RD of 2005 applied in practice.
After this training, you may release a fixed scaffold for use. With the instruction note you have drawn up, every user can get to work safely.
MODULE 3: AUTHORIZED PERSON
- Risk analysis
- Observation and inspection of the scaffold
- Drawing up instructions for use
- Coordination and communication
- Signage, passages and demarcation of the work zone

- A full day of training lasts 7 hours by default, unless otherwise stated
- Theoretical introduction (30%) with many practical exercises (70%)

WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY?
"The employer who uses the scaffold designates a person, hereinafter referred to as the authorized person, who has acquired, by means of training, the required knowledge for carrying out the following tasks:
- overseeing the application of the preventive measures against the risks of persons or objects falling;
- overseeing the application of the safety measures in changing weather conditions that could compromise the safety of the scaffold in question;
- overseeing compliance with the conditions regarding the permissible load;
- carrying out the inspections required to comply with the provisions of article 17". (Codex book IV, title 5)
