- Identification possible by means of an identity card, passport or driving licence
- The participant has command of the language of the exams

TARGET GROUP
Employees who, in carrying out their work, must access pylons, building roofs, antennas and other structures. For this work, they must protect themselves with personal fall protection (basic climbers).

- Each successful participant receives the Besacc-VCA AV-006 diploma: working with personal fall protection basic
- The diploma is personal and states the high-risk task for which the participant passed
- The diploma is valid for 5 years and is registered online at http://besacc.epyc.eu/diploma
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA THEORY
- Knowing the content of the safety function
- Interpreting and complying with work permits
- General safety rules
- Knowing fall hazard and risk
- Knowing the forces acting on our body, damping of a fall
- Differences between “fall protection systems” and “work equipment”
- Aspects of a good anchorage
- Handling of equipment and loads
- The proper use of anchor point, lanyard, shock absorber, fall arresters, inspection, care and maintenance procedures

- Being able to put on and adjust a harness
- Being able to apply the general safety rules
- Being able to carry out the handling of equipment and loads
